Leah Miller, President
Leah Miller graduated at UC San Diego. She was hired at 21st Century Insurance in 2000 as an Inside Adjuster. In 2003 she transferred to Wawanesa Insurance as a Field Adjuster and Claims Supervisor. While at Wawanesa she became an Arbitrator for Inter-company Arbitration. She returned to 21st Century Insurance in 2006 as a PIP Litigation Examiner to her present position, Senior Bodily Injury Examiner. In her free time, she enjoys playing golf, camping, riding ATVs, wakeboarding and snow boarding.

Chris Terrance, Vice President
Chris Terrance Jr. has over 25 years experience in property/casualty with various insurance companies and third party administrators.
Chris has held various management positions within the insurance industry including his most recent position with Crawford and Company, A leading global provider of claims adjusting services to the insurance industry.

David Creedon, Treasurer
David Creedon has over 15 years of insurance and claims handling experience. David has been a commercial property claims adjuster, a national catastrophe property claims adjuster, a licensed and experienced independent insurance agent and an Auto Physical Damage Claims Manager. David has a bachelor's degree is married and has three children.

Amy Gillen-Garcia, Secretary
Amy is formerly a Claim Manager at Republic, Ward North America and American Claims Management. She has 31 years of claims experience (YIKES), and is currently a CD Claim Analyst for Novapro Risk, a TPA. Amy holds a designation as a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Associate in Claims (AIC).

Karen Pretzel, Marketing
Karen Pretzel is the Account Executive for Apex Contracting & Restoration. She has been with the company since 2008 and loves it. Karen is originally from Minneapolis, MN and graduated from Drake University in Des Moines, IA. Though she still owns her condo in MN, she moved out to San Diego 3 years ago and has no plans to ever leave. Her only child, Moxie, is a 13-pound Shih-Tzu/Bichon mix that she adores!

Bruce Rosenblatt, Membership
Bruce is a native San Diegan, attended Helix High and San Diego State University. With over 30 years experience in contents textile restoration he is a account manager for Restoration Management. Bruce is married with 3 children and loves to visit the South Pacific as often as possible, play golf and restore cars.

Traci Dorsey, Special Events
Traci Dorsey has been an account representative for Restoration Management Company for ten years. She has served on the board for several claims associations and served as the exhibitor chairperson for the CCNC conference. She has three children.

Steve Meek, Legal & Legislative
Steve is the First Notice of Loss Supervisor at American Claims Management. He has worked with ACM for over six years and has worked as an adjuster specializing in auto theft, personal auto and commercial auto. Steve is a graduate of the university of Oregon.

Alan Kennedy, Information Technology
Alan is the Surbogation Manager at The Baylan Group who offers subrogation and investigative services to the insurance industry. He has 22 years of claims experience with personal automobile, commercial automobile, and homeowner programs. He holds a Bachelor of Science from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. Alan has served in various positions on the SDIAA Board since 1999. He served as Board President during 2002-03 and 2005-07. He also holds designations as a California Insurance Adjuster, California Private Investigator, and Associate in Claims (AIC).

Pat Bobbs, Education
Pat is an adjuster with Allstate Insurance Company working as a Field - Large Loss Fire Adjuster in Southern California. Pat presently works as a structure estimator and has been with Allstate for over 35 years. She has handled a variety of claims from Casualty, to Auto estimating in the field and Drive In claims offices, Subrogation, Personal Injury Protection and Property loss adjustments. Professional designations include: Law for the Claimsman, Associate in Claims and has secured the ICAR designation. She is happily married with one child who is a 2008 graduate of Sonoma State University.

Dune Pagaduan, Past President
Dune Pagaduan is Assistant Vice President and Director of Personal Lines. Dune has extensive personal lines experience acquired over the past 18 years. He began his claims career at Geico in 1988. Before joining ACM, Dune served as Director of Personal Lines, and as a Project Manager for Unitrin Insurance Company. Dune is a graduate of Chapman University.
