Lindsey joined SDIAA in 1998 and enjoyed volunteering for special events; she looks forward to serving on the board. She is specialized in the workers’ compensation industry working as a Counselor, Ergonomist, Consultant, Case Manager and Expert Witness. She has conducted testing, wage and salary surveys, employability studies for many employers, and the state of CA, for court testimony. Her background has centered around recruitment, human resources and workers compensation in the western region of the U.S.
